How to Prepare:
Secure Your Pets
Please have all pets safely indoors, in a kennel, or away from the work area during your scheduled service window. This ensures the safety of both your pets and our technicians.
Unlock Gates
Make sure all gates, fences, or access points are unlocked before your scheduled visit. If you have a lock code, you can securely provide it during signup or via your customer profile.
Clear the Yard of Obstructions
We’re happy to work around patio furniture, but large objects or clutter can slow down service. For best results, please clear any major obstructions from the yard.
During Service:
Waste Removal
We scoop all pet waste from your yard. Unless pre-arranged, all waste will be bagged and placed in your city-issued trash bin or dumpster on-site.
Sanitization
We’ll spray a pet-safe deodorizing solution over high-traffic waste areas to help neutralize odors and bacteria. You can choose the frequency of this service at signup.
Service Report
After each visit, you’ll be able to see job details in your customer portal including:
- Before and After pictures
How to pay your Bill:
You’ll receive an email from us when you get a quote. You’ll see the breakdown of services, total amount due along with your invoice number.
Click Here now to Pay your Bill, and enter the information from the email you recieved:

You can pay securely using:
- Zelle and Vemno (for one-time-payments only)
Additional Notes:
First-Time Cleanups: Please note that initial cleanups with excessive buildup may incur an additional fee. Your technician will assess the condition and notify you if adjustments are needed.
Weather Policy: We work through most weather conditions, but in cases of severe storms, deep snow, or unsafe conditions, we’ll notify you of cancellation and resume service at the next scheduled date.
Billing: All services are billed after every job completion. Recurring services will be billed automatically using the card on file. You’ll always receive a digital invoice, and you can manage your billing details via your customer portal.
