By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I am hiring ScoopPro to perform pet waste removal services at the listed property. I agree to hold harmless and indemnify ScoopPro, its owners, agents, and employees from and against any and all liability, claims, damages, fines, and/or expenses arising from: Accidental Property Damage: Pre-existing lawn or gate conditions, normal wear and tear on gate latches, or accidental damage, unless due to gross negligence. Pet Behavior & Health: Pet behavior resulting in injury or damage during service visits, as well as any lawn pathogens, plant diseases, or transmissible pet illnesses. Gate Security & Pet Escape: Pets escaping due to faulty, broken, or improperly installed gate latches. To ensure the safety of both ScoopPro and any pets on the property, I understand and agree to the following conditions: Safety & Yard Prep: It is my responsibility to ensure the work area is safe, accessible (unlocked gates, clear pathways), and reasonably maintained (grass trimmed, tall weeds or heavy debris cleared). Pet Containment: All pets must be secured, contained, or kept indoors during scheduled service times unless otherwise arranged in writing. ScoopPro reserves the right to skip service if aggressive, loose, or unattended animals prevent safe entry. Service Interruptions: Locked gates, aggressive pets, obstructed paths, extreme weather, or unsafe conditions may result in the service being skipped or billed at the standard rate without a refund. Skipped visits due to severe weather will be cleaned on the next regular visit. Waste Disposal: Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, all collected pet waste will be bagged and disposed of in the Customer’s city-issued trash bin or on-site dumpster. If no receptacle is accessible, waste will be bagged and left in a designated area on-site. Special disposal requests (such as off-site hauling) require advance notice and may incur additional charges. Cancellation & Termination: To pause or cancel a single visit without charge, I must notify ScoopPro at least 24 hours in advance. I may terminate my ongoing subscription service with at least 7 days’ notice. No refunds will be provided for services already rendered. Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScoopPro's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service visit in question. By clicking agree, I confirm that I have read, understand, and agree to all terms and conditions in this waiver and service agreement. I understand that this waiver remains in effect for the duration of my service unless modified in writing by both parties.
